Below is an overview of our shipping, returns and refund policy. As this overview concerns an extract of our Terms & Conditions (T&C), our T&C will always take precedence in case of confusion or dispute.
1. Orders and Cancellation
You can purchase B FIRM Formulas products via our website, https://www.bfirmformulas.com, or authorized resellers. When you place an order via our website, we will make every effort to process it as soon as possible. After completing your order, you will receive an automatic order confirmation via email. Please keep this for your records.
If you wish to cancel your order before it is shipped, please contact us as soon as possible via info@bfirmformulas.com. We will do our best to cancel the order in time, but cannot guarantee this. If your order has already been dispatched, please refer to our Returns section below.
2. Payment
All payments on our website are processed via Shopify Payments, which includes a wide range of local and international payment methods. You can select your preferred payment option during checkout at no extra cost. Payment is debited from your account upon confirmation of your order.
3. Delivery
Delivery within the Netherlands
Orders are generally processed and shipped within 48 hours (on working days). Once dispatched, delivery normally takes 1–2 business days. In rare cases, delivery may take up to 7 days.
Shipping costs are €4,99 per order. Please ensure that your delivery address is entered correctly during checkout.
Delivery outside of the Netherlands,
Currently, we only deliver within the European Union. Shipping costs are €7,99 per order. If you are interested in distributing B FIRM Formulas in another country, feel free to contact us at info@bfirmformulas.com.
4. Returns and Refunds
Faulty Products
If you receive a damaged or faulty item, we will send you a replacement free of charge or offer a full refund. Please contact us at info@bfirmformulas.com before returning the item so we can register your return and provide instructions.
Returns
Products can be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. If you are on a subscription plan, this 14-day period begins the day you confirm your subscription. Always notify us first via info@tshealth.nl and include your order number and the email address used to place the order.
Refunds
Once we have received and verified your returned items, we will process your refund. Unless the return concerns a faulty item, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds are processed within 7 working days after receipt and will be reimbursed to your original payment method within 5–21 business days (depending on your payment provider).
We are unable to refund or exchange items purchased from other retailers. Please contact the store where the purchase was made for their returns and refunds policy.
5. Subscriptions
When you choose a monthly or bi-monthly subscription, you will automatically receive your selected product(s) every 30/60 days. Your first order is shipped as a regular purchase. Payment for future deliveries will be deducted from your registered payment method upon dispatch.
Subscriptions continue until cancelled. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time via your account on our website. Changes must be made at least 5 working days before the next scheduled shipment.
